I. New Silk Road Industry Group (NSR)
新絲路產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)成立于1989年，是中國成立最早、規(guī)模最大、影響最廣并始終處于時尚行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位的國際知名時尚品牌機(jī)構(gòu)，選拔并培養(yǎng)了瞿穎、馬艷麗、陳娟紅、杜鵑、胡兵、于娜、劉雯、李靜雯等國際知名模特，打造了首位華人世界小姐冠軍張梓琳，被譽(yù)為“中國名模的搖籃”和“中國時尚通往世界的天橋”。
Foundedin 1989, the New Silk Road Industry Group (NSR) is one of the earliestestablished, most influential and internationally recognized fashioninstitutions in China. Over the past three decades, NSR has steadfastlymaintained its leading position in the fashion industry through the trainingand development of homegrown talent into global fashion models. These includethe likes of models Jennifer Du, Harvey Hu, Yi Na, Liu Wen, Li Jingwen, andmost notably the first ever Chinese Miss World champion in 2007, Zhang Zilin. Asa result, NSR has earned a reputation as the ‘Cradle of China's top models’ the‘FashionBridge’that connects China to the rest of the globe.
2016年新絲路產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)與廈門理工學(xué)院合作成立新絲路時尚學(xué)院，2019年與海口經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院合作舉辦新絲路時尚體育學(xué)院與南海美術(shù)學(xué)院時尚系，開展本科層次的時尚類專業(yè)學(xué)歷教育。
In2016, NSR and the Xiamen University of Technology collaborated by jointlyestablishing the New Silk Road Fashion Academy. In 2019, NSR partnered with theHaikou University of Economics to form the New Silk Road Fashion Sports Academyand the Fashion Department of the Nanhai Academy of Fine Arts, offeringstudents undergraduate level fashion education.
新絲路產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)不僅是一家培養(yǎng)模特與賽事運(yùn)營的時尚機(jī)構(gòu)，也是培養(yǎng)時尚全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈人才、打造和引領(lǐng)時尚健康生活方式的時尚文化和時尚教育的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)。
NSR is not merely a fashioninstitution that produces models and organises events, but rather a group thataims to nurture talent across the entire fashion industry chain and promote ahealthy, fashionable lifestyle through fashion culture education.

二、海南東方新絲路職業(yè)學(xué)院
II. New Silk Road College (NSRC)
2023年7月經(jīng)海南省人民政府批準(zhǔn)，新絲路產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)創(chuàng)建海南東方新絲路職業(yè)學(xué)院（New Silk Road College，簡稱“新絲路學(xué)院”，NSRC），海南省教育廳主管，海南省市場監(jiān)督管理局注冊登記，系海南自由貿(mào)易港西部地區(qū)第一所高等職業(yè)院校。
In July 2023, with theapproval of the People’s Government of Hainan Province, NSR established theHainan Dongfang New Silk Road College (NSRC). Overseen by The EducationDepartment of Hainan Province and registered with the Hainan ProvincialAdministration for Market Regulation, the NSRC is the first higher vocationalinstitution in the western region of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

新絲路學(xué)院位于素有“花梨之鄉(xiāng)”美譽(yù)的海南省東方市，擁有海南最大的熱帶平原和134公里海岸線，陽光、海水、沙灘、溫泉、熱帶雨林資源豐富，風(fēng)景秀麗，是理想的學(xué)習(xí)場所。
Located in the city of Dongfang, HainanProvince, also known as the ‘Rosewood Town’ of China, the New Silk Road Collegeis part of Hainan's largest tropical plain and its 134 km coastline. The city’sbeautiful scenery composed of beaches, hot springs and tropical rainforests servesas an inspirational and ideal place to pursue one’s education.
學(xué)院地處東方市金月灣旅游度假區(qū)，背山面海，東近尖峰嶺著名風(fēng)景區(qū)，西鄰北部灣，緊靠金月灣海岸線、海南環(huán)島旅游公路、海南環(huán)島高鐵“金月灣站”、海南環(huán)島高速入口、海南環(huán)島旅游公路，交通十分方便、快捷。
The college is situated in the Jin Yue Baytourist resort area of Dongfang City. It is located underneath the mountainranges and faces the sea. The campus lays beside the famous Jinfeng Ridge andthe Beibu Gulf along the Jin Yue coastline. In terms of transport, the campusis close to both the Hainan Island Highway and the Hainan Island High-SpeedRailway (Jin Yue Bay Station), making it easy to commute for visitors andstudents.

四、學(xué)院辦學(xué)規(guī)模
IV. College Operational Scale
校園占地400多畝，建筑面積30多萬平方米，建有教學(xué)樓、食堂、體育場、學(xué)生宿舍、教師公寓、實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)中心、國際交流中心、科創(chuàng)中心、圖書館、行政樓、高爾夫球場、馬術(shù)訓(xùn)練場等，可容納5000多名學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活，教職員工400多人。
The campus covers more than 400 mu(approximately 26.67 hectares or 66 acres), with a construction area of over300,000 square meters. It has teaching buildings, canteens, sports fields,student dormitories, faculty apartments, experimental training centers,international exchange centers, science and innovation centers, libraries,administrative buildings, golf courses, and even fields for equestriantraining. It can accommodate over 5,000 students and more than 400 faculty andadministrative staff.

Thecollege adheres to Xi Jinping's guidelines on Socialism with ChineseCharacteristics for the new era. The college adheres to the educationalphilosophy of ‘continuousself-improvement, striving for perfection, application of learning andintegration of knowledge and action’. With the mission of carrying forward the NewSilk Road's 35-year brand legacy of ‘fashion and health’, itoffers majors in modern services, cultural arts, leisure sports, digitalcommunication, and digital technology. 學(xué)院專注新絲路“時尚、健康”為基礎(chǔ)的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢、就業(yè)市場前景及學(xué)院資源稟賦開設(shè)相關(guān)專業(yè)，將“產(chǎn)、教、賽、訓(xùn)、創(chuàng)就業(yè)”充分融合，產(chǎn)教融合、以教促產(chǎn)、以產(chǎn)助教、產(chǎn)學(xué)合作，將“專業(yè)對口率、產(chǎn)教融合率、創(chuàng)就業(yè)率”作為學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)目標(biāo)。
Focusingon the New Silk Road's foundation of ‘fashion and health’ for thetransformation and upgrading of the modern service industry, the college offersmajors based on industry development trends, job market prospects, and collegeresources. It fully integrates ‘industry,education, competition, training, entrepreneurship and employment creation’. Itpromotes industry-education integration, education-driven production,production-assisted education, and industry-academia cooperation, with specificprofessional goals for talent cultivation. These include programs that are inalignment with industry standards, integration of industry and education, andemployment creation rates.
2024年開設(shè)舞蹈表演、休閑體育、數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、新能源材料應(yīng)用技術(shù)、電子商務(wù)、軟件技術(shù)等六個專業(yè)。
In2024, the college will offer six majors: dance performance, leisure sports,digital media art design, new energy material application technology,e-commerce, and software technology.

學(xué)院實(shí)行面向高端行業(yè)企業(yè)、面向國內(nèi)外高校的開放辦學(xué)，推進(jìn)校企深度合作，學(xué)院既是行業(yè)企業(yè)員工的學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)、實(shí)訓(xùn)、孵化基地，行業(yè)企業(yè)也是學(xué)院學(xué)生的實(shí)訓(xùn)、鍛煉、創(chuàng)業(yè)、就業(yè)基地，積極開展“校中廠、廠中校”辦學(xué)模式，以產(chǎn)業(yè)共建為基礎(chǔ)平臺，以產(chǎn)業(yè)人才需求引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院建設(shè)。
Thecollege implements open education oriented towards high-end industryenterprises and domestic and international universities and promotes in-depthcooperation between schools and enterprises. It serves as a base for industryemployees' learning, training, practical training, and incubation, while itsindustry enterprises serve as bases for students' practical training and experience,entrepreneurship, and employment. The college fully implementsthe national policy of modern vocational education, which integrates industryand education with cooperation between schools and enterprises. 董事長李冰先生，北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院EMBA工商管理學(xué)碩士，曾任深圳海關(guān)羅湖海關(guān)副關(guān)長、深圳市發(fā)展計(jì)劃局辦公室主任、深圳市能源集團(tuán)有限公司總經(jīng)理、鹽田港集團(tuán)董事長、深圳特區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展集團(tuán)董事長，多次榮獲深圳市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)杰出人物表彰。
Mr.Li Bing, Chairman, holds an EMBA in Business Administration from PekingUniversity's Guanghua School of Management. He has previously served as DeputyDirector of Luohu Customs at Shenzhen Customs District of P. R. China, Directorof the Office of Shenzhen Development Planning Bureau, General Manager ofShenzhen Energy Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Yantian Port Group, and Chairmanof Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. He has beenrecognized multiple times as an Outstanding Contributor to Shenzhen's EconomicDevelopment.

院長黃景貴先生，湖南岳陽人，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士，二級教授，國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家，教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”（NCET）獲得者，海南省有突出貢獻(xiàn)優(yōu)秀專家，海南省委、省政府直接聯(lián)系重點(diǎn)專家，海南省領(lǐng)軍人才，先后就讀于武漢大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、俄羅斯莫斯科國立大學(xué)（MoscowState University）及俄羅斯國立管理大學(xué)（State University ofManagement）經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系，1994年7月獲莫斯科國立大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位（Ph.D. in Economics）后到武漢大學(xué)工作，后調(diào)來海南大學(xué)。
Mr.Huang Jinggui, from Yueyang, Hunan, is an Economics PhD, a Level-2 professor,and a recipient of a special allowance from the State Council. He is recognizedunder the Ministry of Education's ‘New Century Talents Program’, an outstandingexpert with significant contributions in Hainan, a leading talent in Hainan,and has direct contact with key experts of the Hainan Provincial Committee andProvincial Government. He studied at Wuhan University, Peking University,Moscow State University, and the State University of Management in Russia,obtained his PhD in Economics from Moscow State University in July 1994 beforeworking at Wuhan University.   He waslater transferred to Hainan University.

He currently serves as an education supervision expert for the StateCouncil, is a special research fellow at the Hainan Academy of Social Sciences,a consulting expert for the Standing Committee of the Hainan ProvincialPeople's Congress, an expert in evaluating the establishment and degreeprograms of higher education institutions in Hainan Province, a reviewer forboth the National Social Science Fund and the National Natural ScienceFoundation of China projects. He is also an anonymous peer reviewer foracademic journals, including the Journal of Hainan University (CSSCI) and SouthChina Sea Studies, and is a professor at Hainan University.
